Ulriladvrorahastrad, or Ulrila as her friends knew her, was a Gallifreyan rebel who pledged her services and her type 43 TARDIS to the Order of the Phoenix. Many knew her as "The Historian." She was the daughter of the Time Lord Valdrath.
Early life[]
Back on Gallifrey, Ulrila led a simple and uninteresting life, working as a lecturer in dynomorphic tachyon bursts at the Patrexe Academy under Demecrex.
== Meeting the Order ==
Her first meeting with an Order member was a surprise, in passing. Ulrila, Eileen Prince and Minerva McGonagall bumped into each other in London as all three were entering the Blue Sceptre.
